We start with the work and the people doing it, then decide where AI is worth using.

AI needs more than
a subscription.

AI needs to know how your business works: your policies, products, processes and examples of good work. I turn that information into usable context, connect it to your tools and help your team put it to work.

Frequently asked
questions.

How much does it cost?

Paid work is quoted against an agreed scope. We clarify the deliverables and costs before you commit. Software subscriptions, usage costs and ongoing support are considered separately.

Do I need to replace my tools?

We start with the tools you already use. I can help configure and connect them, or compare alternatives when a different setup would serve the business better.

Can you build agents around our existing systems?

Yes. We first establish the task, relevant information, available integrations and permissions. Then we agree what an agent can do, where a person should review and how the result will be checked.

What happens after launch?

We agree the handover, documentation, training and ownership as part of the scope. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and improvements can be scoped separately.

What is included in the free audit?

A focused conversation and review of your current tools and workflows, followed by a short report with practical opportunities, priorities and recommended next steps. Detailed discovery and implementation are scoped separately.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on the systems, access and scope involved. I typically allow 1–2 weeks to understand the business and opportunities before agreeing delivery priorities.

Can you help if we are already using Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. I can help choose and configure existing features, organise context and skills, connect appropriate tools and improve how your team uses and checks the output.
